2. No Smoking in any indoor Resort facility.

4. Occupancy beyond bedding accommodations is not permitted.

7. Check in time: after 3:00p.m. Check out time: before 11:00a.m. .
8. Only one reserved vehicle space per unit. Overflow parking available.
9. There is a $25.00 service charge per unit on all cancellations.
10. NO refunds due to weather or road conditions.
11. All reservations are due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations
Reservations require a VISA or MasterCard number to confirm. Cancellations or reservation changes must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations or changes received less than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged the FULL amount of the reservation and refunded only if the room re-rents less a %25.00 administration fee. All Reservations are due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
Resort operated under special use permit from Stanislaus National Forest.
