1. Rentals are subject to Tuolumne County room tax of 8%
2. No Smoking in any indoor Resort facility.

4. Occupancy beyond bedding accommodations is not permitted.

7. Check in time: after 3:00p.m. Check out time: before 11:00a.m. .
8. Only one reserved vehicle space per unit. Overflow parking available.
9. There is a $25.00 advance deposit on all reservations.
10. NO refunds due to weather or road conditions.
11. All reservations for arrival between Memorial Day and Labor Day require payment 60 days prior to arrival date. All other reservations require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
12. Resort may require additional cleaning fees or deposits on a discretionary basis.
13. Summer rates apply for holiday weekends.
Reservations
Reservations require a VISA or MasterCard number and $25.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of making the reservation. Reservations for arrival between Memorial day and Labor Day require payment in full 60 days prior to arrival date. All other reservations require payment in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations or reservation changes must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations or changes received less than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged the FULL amount of the reservation and refunded only if the room re-rents less the $25.00 non-refundable deposit.
Resort operated under special use permit from Stanislaus National Forest.
